    1. After booking and securing your start date, we will have our kickoff call where we will go over project details and exchange necessary assets.

    2. I’ll get to work on your deliverables and communicate with and update you along the way.

    3. At the end of the project, we will hop on a delivery call, where we will go over deliverables, trainings, and make any necessary edits. You will also start your 7 days of Voxer support.

  • The turnaround is two weeks (14 days). The process starts after our kick off call and ends with our call going over your deliverables.

  • It helps, but no, you don’t have to! We will work together to build your simplified marketing strategy!

  • Yes! During our delivery call, if a new tool is introduced (such as for the content calendar) I will train you on how to use it.

  • Yes, only for full service. Here’s how it works: 50% of your investment is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due least one week before your start date.
