If you are booking a service, or if you’re an existing client of mine, you’ll hear back within 24 hours, Mon-Thurs. For other general inquiries, expect between 1-3 business days, Mon-Thurs.

I work with mompreneurs who have a service-based business (virtual assistants, coaches, consultants, graphic designers, social media managers, etc.) who want to simplify how they run their business so they can show up for both their business and life without the overwhelm.

My office hours are 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday.

As a mompreneur myself, I am all about quality over quantity and a healthy balanced schedule with some margin.
That being said, yes, I do offer retainer services. But only after working together through one of my services –that way, I have put in the research learning what you and your business are about, which makes retainer work is more cost-effective.
