The Process: How We’ll Work Together
Step 1: Kickoff Call (Let’s Chat!)
We’ll hop on a 90-minute call to go over your goals, priorities, and questionnaire. This ensures I know exactly what you need and sets us up for success. If you haven’t already, you can schedule your Kickoff Call here.
Step 2: Simplifying Magic (Where the Fun Happens)
I’ll get to work on creating or refining your systems, workflows, and/or onboarding process. Along the way, I’ll keep you updated on progress and ask for feedback as needed.
Step 3: Delivery & Walkthrough (Your Business, Simplified)
When everything is ready, I’ll deliver the goods, set everything up, and walk you through how it all works. You’ll feel confident and ready to roll.
Step 4: Post-Project Support (I’ve Got Your Back)
After we wrap, I’m here to answer questions via email or make small tweaks during your included support period.
Policies & Procedures

I handle most communication via email and portal, and reply within 24–48 hours during business hours (Mon–Wednesday, and Friday, 9 AM–4 PM EST).
Family and work-life balance are very important to me, so I am not available on the weekends (outside of our Kickoff and/or System Walkthrough Calls). I am also unavailable on all major United States holidays, as well as her birthday, on September 7th, and vacations.

Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions. Need more? No problem! Additional revisions are billed at $50 per additional revision. Response to revisions must be made within five business days.

Rush projects of 48 hours or less and projects requiring weekend or holiday work will be subject to a $65 surcharge for rush fees.

While email and the client portal are the main sources of communication, I am also available for quick video calls ONLY during office hours. Calls lasting over 10 minutes (outside of Kickoff and training/offboarding calls) will be billed with an hourly rate of $60 per hour.
Video meetings must be prescheduled no less than 24 hours prior. Cancellation and rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Missed meetings or cancellations without sufficient notice will result in a $50 charge. If the same meeting gets cancelled or rescheduled more than once, there is also a $50 charge. Failure to show up to a video call within 10 minutes of scheduled start time, will result in the cancelation of the meeting and a $50 charge.

For the best experience, it is extremely important respond to questions and supply needed information in a timely manner. Failure to do so will result in the extension of the project timeline (with possible project restart fee of $275) and/or termination of project without refund.

Payment details are in your invoice and contract. Work starts once your invoice is paid in full.
